Overview

Our Core Implementation package is designed to help you rapidly adopt and configure the modules of GuardTek Core.

This package combines self-paced learning via Trackforce Academy with consulting sessions focused on best practices, so you can start seeing value – fast! 


Implementation Package Details 

  • Dedicated Implementation Consultant 
  • Kick-Off Call
  • Access to Trackforce Academy for system administrators  
  • Design Document & Project Schedule
  • Configured Client Portal (by client, with expert-guided module configuration and Trackforce support)
  • Client Workshops: up to 3 remote consulting sessions
  • Best practice enablement
  • Go-live support

Implementation Package Details 

Estimated Duration: 4 Weeks 

Phase 1: Engage 

  • Kick-off meeting
  • Access to Trackforce Academy and portal setup
  • Design Document
  • Project schedule

Phase 2: Build & Verify 

  • Self-paced learning via Trackforce Academy 
  • Pilot project configuration with Trackforce support
  • Consulting sessions and best-practice guidance 
  • During this phase, client with configure their portal using pilot data and leverage the consulting sessions to review.  

Phase 3: Transition 

  • Final configuration adjustments
  • Go-live support
  • Transition to Trackforce Support   

Scope Exclusions

This package does not include: 

  • Acceptance testing development, case development, or execution 
  • Custom development 
  • Integrations
  • Data imports
  • Historical data migration 
  • Data manipulation, analysis, or testing 
  • Business process redesign 
  • Post-implementation support 
  • Instructor-Led Training 
  • In-person training or deployment   

Assumptions & Conditions 

  • Client provides assigned Project Manager and SME resources 
  • Implementation is remote delivered in English or French.
  • All training from Trackforce resources will be performed via standard lessons available in
  • Trackforce Academy to Client Administrators
  • The Trackforce Professional Services Team’s standard working hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET). 
  • Adherence to timeline requires prompt feedback and task completion 
  • Change Orders apply for out-of-scope or added requirements 
  • Client shall have 5 business days to accept or reject the deliverable based on the scope of work and accepted requirements, after which the deliverable will be deemed to have been accepted by default.

Advanced Implementation 

A structured and scalable implementation program designed for clients with advanced module requirements, higher configuration complexity, or multi-faceted projects requiring a higher level of dedicated expert support.

Overview

The Advanced Implementation  delivers a guided 8- to 12-week rollout of the GuardTek platform, including expert-led configuration and administrator enablement.

  • Design Document & Implementation Plan
  • Project Schedule
  • Configured Client Portal (by client, with expert-guided module configuration and Trackforce support)
  • Review of the client’s user-role requirements and custom configuration of the GuardTek Roles
  • Client Workshops: 8 to 12 remote consulting sessions
  • Use case validation and best practice enablement
  • Go-live support and internal rollout readiness

Implementation Timeline

Estimated Duration: 8 weeks to 12 Weeks
