Defencify’s integration with TrackTik simplifies and automates the way security training is delivered and tracked across guard companies. Using TrackTik’s skills and attributes functionality, required training—such as onboarding, license renewal, or annual compliance—is automatically assigned to employees based on role or site. Once assigned, Defencify instantly creates a user account and sends a course invite. Upon completion, the integration updates the employee’s skill status and expiration date back in TrackTik.

This bi-directional sync keeps training records accurate, reduces admin time, and ensures compliance across the workforce. It also includes features like learning path assignments, ad-hoc earnings recording for paid training, and automatic LMS deactivation upon employee termination.
