Our QuickStart Implementation package is designed to help you rapidly adopt and configure the core modules of the Trackforce Guarding or Mobile Suite. This package combines self-paced learning via TrackTik Academy with consulting sessions focused on best practices, so you can start seeing value – fast!

Implementation Timeline 

Trackforce provides a train-the-trainer approach, the Client trainers will be performing internal end-user training and rolling out Trackforce to their operations   

Estimated Duration: 4 Weeks 

Phase 1: Engage 

  • Implementation form completed 
  • Kickoff meeting with stakeholders 
  • Access to TrackTik Academy and Portal setup with Client branding 
  • Design alignment 
  • Project schedule alignment  

Phase 2: Build & Verify 

  • Self-paced learning via TrackTik Academy 
  • Pilot project configuration 
  • Consulting sessions and best-practice guidance 
  • During this phase, client with configure their portal using pilot data and leverage the consulting sessions to review.  

Phase 3: Transition 

  • Final adjustments and rollout 
  • End-user training (internal, led by your team) 
  • Transition to Trackforce Support   

Scope Exclusions 

This package does not include: 

  • Custom development 
  • Instructor-led training 
  • Data imported over and above Incident Categories and two standard report templates 
  • Historical data migration 
  • Trackforce delivered End-user or instructor-led training 
  • Business process redesign 
  • Post-implementation support

Assumptions & Conditions 

  • Client provides assigned Project Manager and SME resources 
  • Implementation is remote and in English 
  • All training from Trackforce resources will be performed via standard lessons available in TrackTik Academy to Client Administrators and Client Internal Trainers. 
  • The Trackforce Professional Services Team’s standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). 
  • Adherence to timeline requires prompt feedback and task completion 
  • Change Orders apply for out-of-scope or added requirements 
  • Client shall have 5 business days to accept or reject the deliverable based on the scope of work and accepted requirements, after which the deliverable will be deemed to have been accepted by default.

  • Module configuration based on approved use cases (through client consulting with Trackforce) 
  • Import and validate key data sets 
  • Consulting sessions and best-practice guidance 
  • During this phase, client with configure their portal using pilot data and leverage the consulting sessions to review.  

Phase 3: Transition 

  • Internal training enablement for Admins and SMEs (through client consulting with Trackforce) 
  • Final configuration adjustments 
  • Go-live support and transition to Client Success 

Scope Exclusions 

  • Data imported above Sites, Employees, Incident Categories and two standard report templates. All other data must be configured manually by the client with support from Trackforce. 
  • Custom integrations with third-party systems (unless scoped) 
  • Historical data migration beyond agreed datasets 
    Custom reports and dashboard development 
  • Data manipulation, analysis, or testing 
  • Post-Implementation service or support 
  • Instructor-Led Training 
  • In-person training or deployment

*The Basic Back Office Suite is limited to the features listed below.  Any additional advanced features of the Back Office Suite not listed below are considered out of scope for this project.

  • Client billing settings (bill to name, distribution emails, tax exempt) 
  • Basic contract usage (no custom billing frequencies) 
  • Basic position usage (naming and rate configuration only) 
  • Basic scheduling usage (no custom template periods) 
  • Standard pay and bill rates (no shift differentials) 
  • Standard invoicing and payroll (no earnings premiums or ad hoc premiums) 
  • Standard overtime configuration (no custom OT rules or rates) 
  • Standard roles limited to Administrator, Manager, Guard and Client 

A hands on, tailored package for organizations that require a more hands-on, tailored rollout of the Trackforce platform for scalable implementation for clients with broader module requirements and higher configuration complexity. 

Overview

The Advanced Implementation delivers a guided, 8-week to 12-week rollout of the Trackforce platform with expert-led configuration, data import support, and administrator enablement through a train-the-trainer model. 

All training will be made available through TrackTik Academy.

Phase 1: Engage 

  • Provide Client with access to TrackTik portal with Client branding 
  • Provide Client with access to TrackTik Academy 
  • Share a training and implementation questionnaire for detailed requirements. 
  • Stakeholder interviews with subject matter experts within Client. 
  • Discovery and Design Document 
  • Implementation Timeline and Project Schedule 

Phase 2: Build Verify 

  • Self-paced learning via TrackTik Academy 
  • Module configuration based on approved use cases (through client consulting with Trackforce)
  • Create Regions to align with Clients desired Region structure (if applicable). 
  • Share import templates and host training session(s) to support the import process.  
  • Import and validate key data sets 
  • Consulting sessions and best-practice guidance 
  • During this phase, client with configure their portal using pilot data and leverage the consulting sessions to review.  

Phase 3: Transition 

  • Host regular touchpoints with Client to understand implementation and enablement progress, support and be consulted by Client 
  • Provide best practices based on Client’s usage discovered in the pre-sales process and during the previous phases. 
  • Import the full Client data set in preparation for go live. 
  • Final configuration adjustments 
  • Go-live support and transition to Client Success 

Scope Exclusions 

  • Data imported above is limited to Sites, Employees, Incident Categories, and two standard report templates. Additional data to be imported will be determined during the Engage phase and documented in the Detailed Design Document. Any remaining data not covered must be configured manually by the client, with support from Trackforce. 
  • Acceptance testing development, case development, or execution 
  • Custom integrations with third-party systems (unless scoped)
