Key Figures
86 locations in 2024 — 1,500 employees
Annual Activity Report — GuardTek at Carter-Cash
25,000 opening reports
Each day, security agents complete a structured store opening checklist covering: uniform and professional ID compliance, external workshop door status, parking lot inspection, correct vehicle parking and accessibility space compliance, and any evidence of products, empty packaging, or damaged goods in the lot.
25,000 verification rounds
Daily inspection rounds cover six key checkpoints across every store: the AED (defibrillator) is functional and instructions are present; the workshop-to-sales floor door is locked and access control is operational; fire extinguishers and hose reels are all present, marked, and accessible; the store and workshop round has been completed; the evacuation and emergency response plan is visible and up to date, with emergency numbers posted; and all emergency exits are unlocked, clear, and alarmed, with circulation aisles free of obstructions.
100,000 workshop ticket checks
Every vehicle service job is verified against its corresponding till receipt. Checks confirm that the products being fitted match those listed on the ticket, that the number of services recorded matches the number actually carried out, and photo evidence of the ticket and product is captured and logged.
25,000 closing reports
At the end of each day, agents complete a structured store closing checklist confirming: emergency exits are locked and alarmed, workshop sectional doors are closed, the workshop-to-sales floor door is locked and access control is operational, no staff or customers remain in the workshop or changing rooms, and a full parking/store/workshop round has been completed.
960 satisfaction surveys
Monthly satisfaction surveys are conducted jointly between a store manager and the security provider to evaluate service quality. Results are scored against a minimum threshold of 70% — the most recent survey recorded a score of 98%.
“I found the approach highly relevant. The industry expertise allowed us to significantly improve how we manage security services across our 86 locations. The close support throughout the process ensured strong coordination between all parties, with rigorous follow-through and on-time delivery. It’s been a genuinely positive experience that has greatly raised the standard of our security management.”
