Administrators can view the last 24 hours of tracking and can send messages to users with GPS data. Geolocation technology gives managers an aerial view of your entire security guard operation. Gain insight into security staff behaviors and document accordingly. Administrators can view the status, availability, proximity and estimated drive times to incidents. Users can accept or refuse tasks scheduled to them through the officer dispatch module.

Response types are configurable and can be used to efficiently dispatch resources based on GPS data. The officer dispatch dashboard is color-coded so that administrators can quickly gauge the status of tasks at-hand. Administrators can document task acknowledgements, progress and completion status for dispatched officers in real-time. All information captured through the geolocation and officer dispatch module is captured in the GuardTek portal for the added assurance of accountability.
