Trackforce is looking for a Director, Demand Generation, who will create, execute and measure integrated international marketing campaigns to generate new leads, help close sale and grow revenue. The individual is expected to be an experienced, creative, and technical marketer with a proven track record of implementing and executing demand generation programs at B2B SaaS companies with demonstrable impact on sales and revenue growth.
This is a rapid growth opportunity for a hard-charging, hands-on, metrics-driven marketing professional to work with a highly experienced SaaS team to build an incredibly exciting company.
• Develop and execute on Trackforces’s international demand/lead generation strategy
• Implementation of Lead generation software
• Lead, develop and build the Demand Generation team
• Lead the development, execution and optimization of multi-channel – inbound and outbound – demand generation programs
• Lead all SEM efforts including SEO and PPC. Plan and deploy SEM programs to achieve growth targets including campaign ad development, landing page optimization testing and analyses
• Design and execute high-impact email campaigns and build and acquire database of target segments.
• Work with product marketing to develop and refine product positioning and develop marketing content to align with demand generation programs.
• Partner with the sales team to convert sales-ready qualified leads
• Create a framework for reporting results and tracking progress towards business objectives and key performance indicators
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly program monitoring on progress relative to ROI, revenue attribution and campaign investments.
• Partner with sales team to define our database, key metrics, targets and goals
• Manage the demand generation budget
• Manage our Paid Media (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc).
• Organize regular events with a focus on lead generation

• Security Industry experience
• 5+ years of experience designing and executing effective B2B lead generation programs for SaaS companies.
• Experience with inbound and outbound marketing – both online and offline- programs including account-based marketing programs
• Detailed knowledge and hands-on experience using demand generation tools
• 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation.
• 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company
• Analytical mindset, you show progress through numbers.
• You’re a great planner and hitting your objectives on time is a top priority.
• You must know at least 2 advertising platforms and you should be able to deploy campaigns by yourself.
• You’re a self-starter and you’re looking to grow.
